A sample from a power spectral density.

Variables:

• frequency (float, optional) – The frequency of the sample.

• power_density (float, optional) – The estimated power density of the sample.

• power_density_uncertainty (float, optional) – The uncertainty in the estimated power spectral density. Omitted if infidelity uncertainties were not provided.
